Here's something.

We lost a couple of episodes a few months back due to a HDD failure, so we started back at #9 and re-recorded the next few.  I went back to see if I could salvage anything, and I found this--the REAL episode 10, not the fake episode 10 that we just recorded, and will have to perform a little audio-microsurgery to make it sound like Episode 11.  Take a seat in the wayback machine (okay, not so wayback.  Just back to June) and listen to me go on and on about pretty much nothing.

In this show, we talk about Japanese snacks, I share my car-accident experience, we play audio from an exchange with an AOL representative and an irate customer, and I share a couple of stories about working in customer service.
